Here's a recent illustration I did for Caterer & Hotelkeeper magazine. It was to accompany an article about restaurant's opening with it's menu prices set way too high. 16 quid for a starter!?!

Love the decorative background and >plopping< diner! You would have been a good fit for Billy Wilder film posters. I was really knocked-out by your other couple-in-restaurant pic published in the Guardian recently, too.
I'm carving myself a niche for drawing couples sitting at tables! The background is "inspired" by the poster for Irma La Douce. Well spotted.
