Ghostly Beefeater
This creepy little chap was designed as a mascot and icon for the Ghost Finder London app. It lists over 300 locations with spooky connotations. Available now!

New York, 1960s.
Carrying on from previous continuous line brushpen drawings and the tall buildings from the last post here's my attempt at a New York skyline.
Available as a print HERE.

Spaceships and tall buildings
I've been looking at a lot of Moebius this week (I'd momentarily forgotten how brilliant he was!) and then all I wanted to do was draw some spaceships and tall futuristic buildings. So I did. This was draw onto layout paper without any planning using my regular "just draw until it's finished" technique. The colour was added on Photoshop later.
To paraphrase Beyonce "If you like it why dontcha put a frame on it?". Buy it as a print HERE. Thank you!

Geisha Lino Print
Here's this week's attempt at Lino printing. Below are the sketches are some work-in-progress shots that I've posted on Instagram. The resulting prints are of varying quality (the ink seems oddly chalky. Almost like charcoal!) but I've managed to pick 6 test prints to sell at a reduced price in my shop. Click HERE if you're interested in buying one.
UPDATE - All sold out now but check back soon for a new batch. Thanks!

"Long Drawing" on eBay
I've posted yesterday's drawing on eBay. £5 starting bid - a bargain! Click HERE to view the item. Guaranteed to brighten up those bare, post-Christmas walls. Detail below and the entire piece in the previous post.
Sunday long drawing
Yesterday I took a roll of paper and started drawing at one end and carried on until it was finished. It felt like a very "Sunday afternoon" thing to do. Here's the result (along with an "action shot" courtesy of Louise). Think I might put the original on Ebay.

Hellboy
James Howard (aka The Mooks) has been inviting people, via Twitter, to draw Hellboy. I've drawn Hellboy before so I wanted to try something different this time so I've drawn him using just two continous lines (below is an earlier version I did last week that I posted on Instagram). To see everyone else's brilliant renditions click here.

Sketching in Foyles
Yesterday afternoon I spent a very enjoyable few hours in the Cafe at Foyles (one of my favourite places in London) drinking coffee and sketching. I just intended to test drive my new grey Pentel Color Brush pen but ended up drawing for hours. A perfect way to spend an afternoon.
Oh, and happy new year!
